Cesar reportedly agrees loan move

Julio Cesar has agreed a loan move to Toronto FC, ESPN reports.

QPR’s Brazilian goalkeeper was on Friday reported to be close to joining the MLS club, where former R’s defender Ryan Nelsen is manager.

And Cesar’s advisers have apparently indicated that he is set to complete the switch after an agreement was reached.

A source said to be close to the 34-year-old is quoted as saying: “Cesar needs minutes before the World Cup and Toronto can give them to him.”

Cesar, who joined QPR from Inter Milan in 2012, has not made a league appearance this season.
