Julio Cesar linked with loan move

Toronto FC are to sign Julio Cesar on loan from QPR, according to reports.

The MLS club are managed by former R’s defender Ryan Nelsen, and Hogan Ephraim left Loftus Road to join them on loan last season.

And it is claimed that a deal has been agreed to take Brazil goalkeeper Cesar, 34, to Canada.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are again being linked with Paris St-German striker Edinson Cavani.

The Uruguay international, reportedly a Blues target before moving to France from Napoli last year, is being touted as a possible Chelsea signing this summer.
