Porto move to stop defender joining Chelsea, Benayoun set for QPR
Porto plan to give Eliaquim Mangala a pay rise in order to see off interest from Chelsea, according to Talksport.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho is apparently an admirer of the 22-year-old defender, who has also been linked with Manchester United.
Mangala reportedly has a £40m buy-out clause in his contract but reports in Portugal claim he is set to sign a new two-year deal.
Meanwhile, there continues to be speculation over the future of David Luiz, with reports in Spain suggesting the player is unhappy at Chelsea.
And Israeli media say former Chelsea man Yossi Benayoun will sign for QPR on an 18-month contract.
The Daily Mail claim Rangers boss Harry Redknapp has pulled off a coup because he had to persuade the 33-year-old not to join Malaga.
