Arsenal set to sign Cesar – report
Arsenal are expected to snap up Julio Cesar from QPR, the Daily Mirror say.
It is claimed that Rangers believe the Brazil keeper will join the Gunners and are likely to allow the 33-year-old to go cheaply so they can get him off the wage bill at Loftus Road.

Meanwhile, QPR are competing with West Ham for the signing of Celtic striker Gary Hooper, according to the Daily Express.
Hooper, who is about to enter the final year of his contract at Parkhead, has been linked with a move to Loftus Road several times in recent years.
And he has been touted as a possible signing by manager Harry Redknapp following QPR’s relegation from the Premier League.
It is claimed that Celtic are open to discussing a deal rather than risk losing the former Southend and Scunthorpe forward for no fee in 2014.
Hammers boss Sam Allardyce is said to be interested in the 25-year-old, who is apparently rated at £6m and keen to move to the Premier League.
