QPR man struggling with ankle injury
Shaun Wright-Phillips has had injections in his ankle to help him overcome an injury.
His condition is due to be assessed this morning and manager Harry Redknapp hopes to include him in QPR’s squad for Tuesday’s game against the player’s former club Manchester City.
Junior Hoilett is still struggling with the hamstring injury he suffered during the recent victory at Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Redknapp is convinced Rangers can bounce back from their FA Cup humiliation by upsetting City.

you tell me they are keeping wright phillips ,yet are prepared to let mackie go ,evrrytime jamie is on the pich he gives 100 % and I am afraid the same can’t be said about wright phillips and some of the top wage earners here ,some of them need to take a long hard look at themselves ‘some of the displays they have turned out , wish everyone gave as much to the cause as the likes of jamie ,shaun ‘clint etc then perhaps we would not find ourselves in the situation we are ,so to even think of selling jamie to me is absolutely stupid ,especially when you have nobody to take his place ,if any of the others that played in the debacle Saturday are considered better well then I despair urrrrrrrrrrrrs
