QPR v West Brom player ratings
Kieron Dyer’s last-gasp equaliser spared QPR yet another immediate exit from the FA Cup. Here’s how we rated the players in their 1-1 draw with West Brom.
Julio Cesar: 7
Made a couple of decent saves and has commanded his area well in recent matches.
Kieron Dyer: 7
Had a competent game at right-back and took his goal well.
Ryan Nelsen: 7
Trustworthy against the dangerous – and much younger – Romelu Lukaku, who gave Fulham’s Brede Hangeland a real headache recently.
Clint Hill: 7
Whole-hearted at the back as usual.
Tal Ben Haim: 6
Did nothing particularly wrong but was uncomfortable and cumbersome at left-back on his debut.
Ji-sung Park: 5
Embarrassingly off the pace and clearly not fit following his knee problems.
Esteban Granero: 7
Has been effective of late, but was rightly taken off as a precaution at half-time because of tightness in his hamstring.
Stephane Mbia: 6
Certainly puts himself about and isn’t dull to watch. Ragged at times though.
Jamie Mackie: 6
Put a shift in as always.
Adel Taarabt: 6
Drifted inside to try and make something happen, but wasn’t at his best.
DJ Campbell: 6
Lively up front on his return to the Rangers side but there wasn’t much in the way of service.
Jay Bothroyd: 6
Came on as a substitute after also returning from a loan spell. Neat and tidy while he was on.
Nedum Onuoha: 6
Okay after coming on at centre-back for the final 20 minutes and was unlucky with a deflection which led to Albion’s goal.
