QPR star faces fitness test ahead of derby

QPR forward Adel Taarabt faces a fitness ahead of the London derby against West Ham.

The Moroccan has been struggling with a hamstring problem but has not given up hope of being included in manager Mark Hughes’ squad for Monday’s game.

But Armand Traore is still unavailable along with defenders Fabio and Anton Ferdinand.

Hughes confirmed: “Armand might train but he won’t be an option for Monday. Adel might be if he comes through.”
