Chelsea seal signing of Thorgan Hazard

Chelsea have completed the signing of Thorgan Hazard – the younger brother of Eden Hazard – from French club Lens.

The deal means the brothers could eventually follow in the footsteps of the likes of Ray and Graham Wilkins and Ron and Allan Harris by both appearing in Chelsea’s first team.

Thorgan Hazard, 19, played for Belgium in last year’s European Under-19 Championship and is rated as one of his country’s brightest prospects.

He made 14 appearances for Lens last season and was watched by a number of clubs from England and Spain.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have announced that three of their youngsters have moved on season-long loan deals.

Forward Ulises Davila has joined Spanish outfit Sabadell, while striker Milan Lakovic and goalkeeper Matej Delac have joined Portuguese top-flight club Guimaraes.
