Starlet plays down reports he has snubbed Spurs to join Chelsea

Brazilian media have reported that midfielder Oscar has played down suggestions he is set to join Chelsea.

The Blues are said to have beaten off competition from a number of clubs – including Tottenham – to sign the 20-year-old from Internacional.

But Oscar told O Globo he was still in the dark over his future.

“I’m still here and I have no news of Chelsea. I know there are clubs interested in Europe, but so far nothing has arrived,” he is quoted as saying.

I think with chelsea’s project oscar will be a perfect player chelsea need he can adapt to the premier league,he’s still young just 21 and he’s very versitile in the midfield. Hoping chelsea will complete his deal very soon before the US tour
