Park Ji-sung: Leaving Manchester United was tough
Park Ji-sung admitted it was a difficult decision to leave Manchester United and make the move to QPR.
But the South Korea international, who has signed a two-year contract at Rangers, said it was his new club’s ambition that persuaded him to leave Old Trafford.
Park said: “It was a tough decision to leave United, but QPR showed me their ambiton and I’m looking forward to playing for them.
“They want to be a bigger club. The ambition for me is a great challenge. They’re hungry to get to the next level and that’s important.
“I know QPR want to improve and I want to help them with their ambitions to reach that next level.”
