Hayes & Yeading sign Bayley

Hayes & Yeading United have completed the signing of former Reading trainee Harrison Bayley.

The 22-year-old, who is primarily a midfielder but can also play at right-back or as a central defender, captained Reading’s Under-18s but was later released by the Berkshire club.

He has since had spells with the Glenn Hoddle Academy in Spain and Cypriot outfit KN Onisillos Sotiras.

Bayley’s move to United was rubber-stamped in time for him to join the squad for Tuesday’s match at Newport.
