Kelman and Richards score in QPR friendly

Charlie Kelman and Taylor Richards scored in a 2-0 win over Reading in QPR’s penultimate pre-season friendly.

Dominic Gape featured after West London Sport had earlier revealed that Rangers had taken the midfielder on trial and that he would play in Tuesday’s game.

Gape, 28, is without a club, having recently left R’s boss Gareth Ainsworth’s former side Wycombe.


Asmir Begovic and Ziyad Larkeche also featured, but fellow recent signings Morgan Fox and Paul Smyth were not involved. Neither was Chris Willock.

QPR will finish their pre-season campaign with a friendly at Oxford United on Saturday.
