Di Matteo wary of Newcastle threat

Roberto Di Matteo says his side will have to be wary of Newcastle’s attacking talent in tonight’s important league game at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea will face an in-form striker in Papiss Cisse and the Blues interim boss has warned that the Magpies have other dangerous players.

Di Matteo said: “Cisse is a very good player and has made a big impact in the Premier League – but unfortunately he’s not the only one!

“They have Ben Arfa and Demba Ba. who in the early stages of the season scored many goals for them, Cabaye, Tiote – it’s a very strong team.

“Newcastle have done very well this season and they have very good players. It will be a difficult game.”
