Chelsea’s Lukaku injured while playing for Belgium

Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku picked up an injury while playing for Belgium on Friday evening.

Lukaku went off after 27 minutes of the Nations League game in Brussels, where his team were thumped 4-1 by the Netherlands.

He was hurt in a clash with former Blues defender Nathan Ake.

Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi scored for Belgium – a consolation goal in the final moments of the match.
