QPR to snap up Spurs youngster? And should they recall Bonne?
West London Sport’s Dan Bennett, Ian McCullough and Ben Kosky discuss whether QPR should recall Macauley Bonne from his loan spell at Ipswich.
It comes after Bonne made it clear he does not want to return – and Mark Warburton responded by reminding him that he belongs to Rangers, who pay his wages.
Other issues discussed include the win over Huddersfield, Monday’s trip to Derby, Tottenham youngster Rafferty Pedder having a trial with the R’s and the injuries among the squad manager Warburton is currently having to contend with.

If he’s brought back he MUST be played, who want to warm the bench only to getb a run out during the last 30 minutes or so. I say bring him back, play him regularly and get rid of Gray.

You can’t blame Bonne for thinking the way he does. He’s an Ipswich fan born and bred, was in our books until released at 14 and getting game time every week he was unable to get at QPR. His mates, family and heart are in Ipswich. He obviously doesn’t want to return to QPR just to warm the bench which we get; he’s doing well in L1. We understand he’s your player but we must pay the majority of his wages as part of the loan. We’d love to buy him and with our new owners, we hope funds are available.

its typical of todays so called professional players, who try and dictate to the club who pulled him up from obscurity.we should offer him to ipswich for 5 million and see how keen they are then.
