Romelu Lukaku wants to return to Chelsea, according to The Sun.

Inter Milan have rejected a bid for Lukaku from the Blues, who offered Marcos Alonso in part-exchange.

The Sun declare that Lukaku is keen to go back to Stamford Bridge because he feels he has unfinished business, having been unable to establish himself as a first-team player during his time at Chelsea.


Signed in 2011, the Belgian striker left the Bridge three years later and had spells at Everton and Manchester United before moving to Italy.

It is claimed that he would like to return to England for a second spell at Chelsea, who are looking to bring in a top-class centre-forward this summer.

Meanwhile, the Daily Telegraph say Inter want £100m for Lukaku but might have to accept a lower offer because of the club’s financial problems.

And The Guardian believe Chelsea will return with an improved bid, having offered Alonso plus around £85m.The
