Transfer gossip: Chelsea described as ‘favourites’ to sign Grealish

It is claimed that Chelsea are leading a race to sign Aston Villa star Jack Grealish.
Manchester City and Manchester City are said to have been vying to buy the England international.
The Mirror declare that Chelsea are now ‘favourites’ to sign him in a £100m deal.
The story is based on one published by Spanish transfer-gossip website Fichajes.
Hakimi still being touted for move
Chelsea continue to be linked with Inter Milan right-back Achraf Hakimi.
The Morocco international, 22, has been touted for a move to Stamford Bridge during successive transfer windows and reports are again claiming that Chelsea are looking to sign him.
II Corriere dello Sport claim the Blues have offered around £43m plus Emerson Palmieri for Hakimi.
The Italian publication also claim Chelsea will allow Inter to choose other players that could be included in a deal – and that these include Tammy Abraham and Mateo Kovacic as well as Davide Zappacosta.
Reports of a pursuit of Hakimi have also led to more speculation over the future of Callum Hudson-Odoi, with Chelsea understood to be open to selling him.
There is speculation too that teenage right-sided player Tino Livramento could also move.
The Guardian say Livramento, 18, is wanted by Aston Villa.
Giroud ‘agrees Milan deal’
Il Corriere dello Sport also say Olivier Giroud has agreed a two-year contract with AC Milan.
Giroud was recently given a new one-year deal by Chelsea but has been tipped to nevertheless complete a move to the San Siro this summer.
Palace ‘ready to offer £15m for Gallagher’
Crystal Palace are again being tipped to move for Conor Gallagher.
Palace wanted Gallagher prior to his loan move to West Brom, where he impressed despite the West Midlands side being relegated.
The Sun say Palace are ready to offer £15m for the 21-year-old midfielder but that he is keen to stay at Chelsea.
Ancelotti reportedly wants Werner
Carlo Ancelotti wants Real Madrid to sign Chelsea striker Timo Werner, it is claimed.
The former Chelsea boss recently returned for a second spell at Real.
And Spanish outlet Fichajes have claimed that Ancelotti has told Real chiefs he would like them to bring in Werner.
And Sarri is linked with Kepa
Another former Chelsea boss, Maurzio Sarri, supposedly wants Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Sarri recently took over at Lazio and The Sun have picked up reports that he is interested in a deal to sign keeper Kepa from the Blues.
