Transfer gossip: Speculation over Abraham’s future continues

Chelsea are ready to sell Tammy Abraham for £40m, according to the Daily Telegraph.
It comes amid speculation over the future of the England striker, who has been overlooked by boss Thomas Tuchel.
Wolves, Aston Villa, West Ham and Leicester have been linked with Abraham in recent weeks.
The Telegraph say Chelsea are prepared to offload Abraham in order to fund deals for Erling Haaland and Inter Milan’s former Blues striker Romelu Lukaku.
The newspaper also say Olivier Giroud, whose contract expires this summer, is set to leave.
The Sun, on the other hand, say Chelsea have given up their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund star Haaland and are focusing their efforts on taking Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge.
Watford ‘in talks to sign Ugbo’
Watford are in talks with Chelsea about signing Ike Ugbo for £5m, it’s claimed.
Ugbo is on loan at Belgian side Cercle Bruges, who hold an option to buy him for £5m if the striker wants to make the move permanent.
The Athletic say Ugbo would prefer a move elsewhere and that Watford are discussing a potential deal to take him to Vicarage Road.
Dortmund ‘ready to double Bellingham’s wages’ after Chelsea link
Borussia Dortmund are said to be willing to double Jude Bellingham’s wages following reports that Chelsea want the teenage England midfielder.
It has been claimed that Chelsea have made an approach for Bellingham, who has earned rave reviews for his performances for club and country.
And German newspaper Bild claim Dortmund are ready to increase his wages from £42,000 per week to £82,000 to ensure he stays with them.
Wareham deal close, Telegraph say
Chelsea are reportedly closing in on the signing of teenage striker Jayden Wareham from non-League Woking.
Several clubs have watched the youngster but the Daily Telegraph say Chelsea are on course to snap him up.
Chelsea still being linked with Varane
Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane is once again being touted for a possible move to Chelsea.
The France international has been linked with the Blues and Manchester United numerous times in recent years.
And Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo claim Chelsea are ahead of United in a race to sign him.

Chelsea and United are also said to be competing to sign Metz youngster Pepe Sarr.
According to L’Equipe, the teenage striker is being tracked by a number of Premier League clubs.
Simeone reportedly wants Azpilicueta
Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone reportedly wants to sign Cesar Azpilicueta.
El Gol Digital claim Simeone would like to take the Chelsea captain back to his native Spain this summer.
