Lampard doing a good work, but he has to have a stable 11, not changing his 11 every week, these players need to have a chemistry between themselves, I know this should have been done in pre-season but due to circumstances it couldn’t hold, but he should figure out a system ASAP..

the manager seems to be obsessed with certain underperformers such as christensen and abraham and seems to quickly denigrate others such as rudiger

NO MATTER WHAT LAMPARD WILL SAY OR THINK, IF HE REFUSE TO LET FRINGE PLAYERS LIKE EMERSON, LOFTUSCHEEK, KEPA, ABRAHAM & CHRISTENSEN TO GO EITHER ON LOAN OR PERMANENT, THEY WILL AFFECT HIS PLAN/PURPOSE GOING FORWARD. THAT MAY EVEN LEAD TO HIS SACKING. HE SHOUL TAKE NOTE OF THIS.
