QPR end their pursuit of Judge
Mark Warburton says QPR have ended their pursuit of Alan Judge.
Ipswich rejected offers from Rangers for the 30-year-old Irishman, who played under Warburton at Brentford and is keen to make the move to Loftus Road.
Rangers on Saturday moved to complete the signing of Marc Pugh on a one-year deal.
Asked if that was a reaction to Ipswich’s refusal to sell, Warburton admitted “it probably is” and that he believes Judge will be staying at Portman Road.
Pugh has been joined at QPR by defender Todd Kane. Both players were free agents, having recently left Bournemouth and Chelsea respectively.
And striker Jordan Hugill is being brought in on loan from West Ham.
