McClaren on QPR youngsters, Smith injury latest, dropping Furlong, points target and more
QPR manager Steve McClaren gives his reaction to the 0-0 draw against Stoke City.
McClaren praised his players – and substitutes Bright Osayi-Samuel and Olamide Shodipo in particular – despite Rangers’ failure to score against a side which played most of the game with 10 men.
McClaren also spoke about Matt Smith’s ankle injury and dropping Darnell Furlong.
Rangers, who have won only once in the Championship since Boxing Day, are at home to Rotherham on Wednesday.
