Hudson-Odoi tells Chelsea he wants move
Callum Hudson-Odoi has told Chelsea that he wants to leave the club.
It comes as the youngster is being pursued by Bayern Munich, who have submitted an improved offer after having previous bids rejected.
Hudson-Odoi’s contract at Stamford Bridge is due to expire next year and he has indicated that he will not sign a new deal.
Head coach Maurizio Sarri insisted on Monday that the 18-year-old is in his first-team plans and would be better served by staying at Chelsea.
But Hudson-Odoi is determined to make the move – and Bayern are increasingly confident it will happen.
He set up both goals in Chelsea’s FA Cup win against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, which was his 11th senior appearance for the club.
However, Hudson-Odoi has yet to start a Premier League match for the Blues – and he has featured in just one league game since Sarri took over during the summer.

If the boy wants to leave it’s better to let him go. I’d say he would be further behind at Munich at least where he is he is getting a chance in the first team all be it confined to cup competitions. Next season he could well be a first choice player where a move to Germany is sure to be a further frustrating season with the reserves & cup games his only chance to play
