Brighton look to beat Fulham to signing of Montoya

Brighton have made a move for Martin Montoya as Fulham appeared to be wrapping up a deal to him.

Fulham are looking to sign Marseille midfielder André Zambo Anguissa (pictured) and Valencia right-back Montoya ahead of the transfer deadline.

Cameroon international Anguissa, 22, has been lined up for a pre-deadline move to Craven Cottage, while talks about a possible late deal for Montoya seemed to be progressing but Brighton appear to have made an offer for the 27-year-old

Fulham are keen to further add to their squad in the final hours of the transfer window.
