Ex-QPR boss has his say
Paulo Sousa has broken his silence about the difficulties he faced during his time at QPR.
The Daily Mail include an interview with the former Portugal star in which he says the documentary ‘The Four Year Plan’ proves his job at Loftus Road was impossible.
Sousa said: “I think people could see for themselves what was going on. It was as it appeared to be. And that made it impossible for any manager or coach to be successful.
“I remain convinced that I would have achieved things with that club if I had been allowed to operate how I wanted.”
Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola will snub any offer to become Chelsea manager, according to The Sun.
It is claimed that Guardiola has told those close to him he is not interested in a move to Stamford Bridge — despite the Spaniard stalling over a new two-year contract at Barcelona.
