Chelsea v Bournemouth: Blues fringe players get chance
As expected, Chelsea make a number of changes for the Carabao Cup quarter-final at Stamford Bridge – eight in total.
Michy Batshuayi starts, as do Kenedy, Ethan Ampadu and Danny Drinkwater.
Academy duo Dujon Sterling and Callum Hudson-Odoi are on the bench, as are Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata.
Striker Hudson-Odoi and right-back Dujon Sterling have both impressed at youth and Under-23 levels for the Blues.
Bournemouth, meanwhile, make seven changes to their side, with the likes of Steve Cook, Harry Arter and Dan Gosling returning.
