Former QPR stalwart Hill training with Chesterfield

Former QPR captain Clint Hill is training with League Two side Chesterfield.

The 38-year-old is a free agent after leaving Glasgow Rangers.

Chesterfield do not currently intend to offer him a playing contract because of their financial constraints.

Hill made 169 league appearances and won two promotions with QPR during a six-year spell. He was released when his contract expired last summer.
