Fans on Twitter react to QPR cup defeat
Ben Gladwin has attracted criticism from fans since his arrival at QPR – and many on Twitter were far from impressed with his display against Blackburn.
Gladwin was substituted in the second half at Loftus Road, where Rangers made an immediate exit from the FA Cup by losing 2-1 against Blackburn.
The man who paid money for Ben Gladwin should be shot. #QPR

The #QPR January Transfer Window wish list:
1. Decent right back.
2. No. 10 playmaker.
3. A proven goalscorer.
4. Taxi for Gladwin.— Paul Nasr (@SkyPaulNasr) January 7, 2017
I don't know what Ollie sees in training but how Gladwin gets in the team before Shodipo only god & Ollie knows #QPR

Cousin's, Yeni and Gladwin. Nine of them good enough. None of them fit to wear our beloved Hoops.#QPR

Ben Gladwin reminds me of Leonardo Di Caprio in 'Catch Me If You Can.' Looks the part, but has no idea how to play football. #QPR pic.twitter.com/R1BkFtA909

I believe time is up for gladwin
We have suffered over the last few seasons & to have a couple of victories behind us a bit of a run in the cup would lift morale on the terrace

Gladwin didn’t have a great game but I think he is a talented player. If we sell him he may well turn out to be one those players who goes on to much better things elsewhere. I still hope he makes it with us. He’s probably the main player who is suffering from being thrown into a game the club and manager were not really bothered about and then getting it in the neck when the entirely predictable result of the club’s attitude to cup games ensues.

The fact that ollie picks a team like he did suggests we had no interest in the cup, which in itself is baffling enough given the club bleating on about our finances,a good cup run gives the club a lift, the players confidence and yes, more finances. To pick yesterdays team shows a lack of judgement and a lack of respect for the fans who contribute greatly to the finances of the club.
