Transfer gossip: More speculation over Judge’s future
Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez is said to be keen to sign Bees star Judge…
Championship title chasers Newcastle and Brighton are both keen to sign Brentford’s Alan Judge, according to Sky Sports News HQ.
Judge, who is recovering from a long-term injury, previously discussed a move to Newcastle.
The Magpies reportedly remain interested, while leaders Brighton are also said to be keen on the 28-year-old Irishman.
Meanwhile, it is claimed that QPR have made little progress in their pursuit of a loan deal for Brighton’s Kazenga LuaLua.
West London Sport revealed this week that Rangers are looking to sign the winger on loan for the rest of the season.
Get West London have subsequently claimed that Brighton want a permanent transfer and that QPR also discussed a move for LuaLua during the summer.
Rangers did not express any interest in LuaLua then, and more recently have only discussed a loan deal with Brighton, who have indicated that the 26-year-old might be available for a loan move.
