Middlesex’s Finn faces month on sidelines

Middlesex bowler Steven Finn has been ruled out for a month with a hamstring tear.

He picked up the injury while playing for England in the fourth Test match against Pakistan at The Oval.

The 27-year-old, who has taken 15 wickets in five County Championship matches for Middlesex this season, will hope to play a part in the season run-in.

Angus Fraser’s side are top of the division one table, chasing their first four-day title since 1993.
