Man Utd fans on Twitter react to QPR’s interest in Goss
Manchester United fans on Twitter have been reacting largely with dismay to news that QPR want to sign Sean Goss on a permanent deal.
West London Sport revealed on Tuesday that Rangers are interested in the 21-year-old, who has been described as having attributes similar to Michael Carrick.
And after standing out in recent Under-23s games, a number of United supporters are not keen for the club to let him go…
Goss is 21, but he can do sooo much better than QPR. Convinced that he would’ve made his debut had he not picked up that damn injury

Selling Sean Goss w/out giving him a chance would be very disappointing
Ready made replacement for Carrick
Just needs 1st team chance #mufc— Michael (@mrmickeybee1966) January 17, 2017
Sean Goss can make it to the first team. He’s real quality. Carrick-esque. Will only improve with time 👍#MUFC #Academy

Goss appears ever popular with #MUFC fan and as recent as last night has been making his mark on U23 games
Hope it’s a loan move #MUFC

Would be disappointed to see Sean Goss leave #mufc on a permanent deal but can understand why he would. Good enough for senior football now.

QPR fans, meanwhile, have been more preoccupied with the club’s search for a striker.
Rangers have had offers of £1.2m and £1.5m for Rotherham’s Danny Ward rejected – and some supporters want to see their interest end there, rather than go in with a further bid of £2m-plus.
If #QPR bid more than £2m for Ward it’s a joke that money could be invested in Matty Taylor who is a hotter prospect!

Not sure Danny Ward’s goal scoring record justifies a fee of £2m+.

If we’re bidding over £2m for Danny Ward, I might just call it a day. Like him, Rate him & would take him, But not at that price #QPR #QPRFC
