QPR announce new kit maker after Dryworld debacle
QPR have announced Erreà as the club’s new kit manufacturer.
Rangers say they have agreed a “multi-year partnership” with the Italian company, beginning from the start of next season.
West London Sport revealed in December that the club were looking for a new kit manufacturer – eight months after signing a 10-year deal with Canada-based company Dryworld.
QPR have been considering legal action against Dryworld over an alleged breach of contract, relating both to unpaid money and a failure to produce merchandise on time.
This season’s replica shirts were not ready for sale at the start of the campaign and the QPR squad began the season still using training gear supplied by Nike, the club’s previous kit manufacturer, because Dryworld’s stock arrived late.
A number of other clubs, including Watford, have also ended their association with Dryworld.
